What our BCBAs do
Every child served by Hero has a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) leading their care. Your BCBA completes the initial assessment, designs a personalized treatment plan, sets goals with your family, and updates the plan as your child grows.
What our behavior technicians do
Our behavior technicians (RBTs and RBT-trainees) deliver the day-to-day sessions in your home. They follow your child's plan, collect progress data, and turn everyday moments — mealtime, play, transitions — into opportunities to build skills.
How supervision works
Your BCBA supervises every technician working with your child, reviews session data regularly, and adjusts the plan when needed. That means one consistent clinical voice — and a technician you can trust in your home.
